FDC Event Technology is proud to welcome John Dajnowski as our new Vice President, Strategic Accounts.

With more than 30 years of experience in the event and production industry, John brings a rare blend of creative insight, technical expertise, and business strategy to our growing team. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations bring complex live, virtual, and hybrid experiences to life while balancing vision, execution, and measurable results.

A Career Built on Strategic Collaboration

John’s background spans business development, account leadership, sales engineering, and project delivery. He has partnered closely with corporate clients, marketing and medical communications agencies, and production companies, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how events are scoped, sold, designed, and executed.

That experience has shaped his approach. Collaboration is essential. From initial concept through final execution, John believes that intentional alignment early in the process leads to stronger solutions and better outcomes.

Leadership Experience That Drives Results

Most recently, John served as Vice President of Sales Operations, where he led Sales Engineering and supported efforts to secure new business while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships. He also oversaw studio and creative service teams supporting Sales and Marketing initiatives as well as day to day client deliverables.

Earlier in his career, John spent more than 20 years working alongside major corporations to produce impactful in person and virtual events. His experience includes leadership roles with Rentacom, Dyventive, Pharmethod, Inception Digital, and operating his own technology consulting business for six years. Across every stage of his career, his focus has remained consistent: delivering smart, scalable solutions that support client goals.

His Role at FDC Event Technology

As Vice President, Strategic Accounts at FDC Event Technology, John’s role spans business development, account management, project oversight, and event scoping and quoting.

“I work closely with clients and partners to align early, think strategically, and ensure solutions are built intentionally, not reactively,” John shares.

This philosophy aligns seamlessly with FDC’s progressive, partnered approach to event production. We are not simply an AV provider. We collaborate to create high quality, seamless, and memorable experiences that support our clients’ objectives while elevating the experience for attendees, presenters, and stakeholders alike.

Beyond the Office

Outside of work, John is a proud father of three daughters and enjoys spending time with family and friends. While his daughters have outgrown soccer, he continues to coach and volunteer on the board of directors at his local soccer club, reflecting the same leadership and commitment he brings to his professional life.
